3. All quotes are not fixed prices, but only an estimate and do not include any additional waiting time applied during unforeseen circumstances such as traffic delays.

1. If a standard booking is made a minimum of 2 days in advance, you will be eligible for refunds. If a booking is cancelled by the customer within 1 day prior to the booking time, 100% of all payments will be fully refundable. Cancellations made after the 1-day period will be non-refundable.

2. If a multiple vehicles booking is made a minimum of 4 days in advance, you will be eligible for refunds. If multiple vehicle bookings are cancelled by the customer within 3 days prior to the booking time, 100% of all payments will be fully refundable. Cancellations made after this 3-day period will be non-refundable.

3. If the customer fails to be available for pick-up at the time and place requested, all payments will be non-refundable.
