1. Purchase of Services

By placing an order through our Website, phone, or email, you agree that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least over 18 years old.

Regal Chauffeurs is a private hire vehicle operator licensed (License number PHO356). Therefore, we only accept direct booking(s) requests from our clients for chauffeur-driven travel. Our chauffeurs are not licensed nor authorised to accept bookings. The client(s) is kindly advised to only place reservations through our website booking form, via email or phone.

The contract for all bookings is between Regal Chauffeurs Ltd. and the client (i.e. an agent, the company, a passenger, or a person booking and paying for the transportation service).

Regal Chauffeurs Ltd. only accept payments directly from the client. Our chauffeurs do not handle payments.

Regal Chauffeurs Ltd. is in charge of accepting bookings, providing transportation services or any liability arising about the transportation services.

Regal Chauffeurs Ltd. reserve the right to cancel any booking(s) with a client or passenger. All bookings/reservations are subject to availability. In the event of a cancellation, Regal Chauffeurs will notify the client(s) via email, phone call or text.

2. Reservations

Regal Chauffeur’s reservation team will make every effort to assist their clients 24/7. We will strive to exceed all expectations at all times, but 24 hours’ notice may be required to prepare the chauffeured vehicle for your specific journey.

3. At Regal Chauffeurs, accessible from https://www.regal-chauffeurs.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that are collected and recorded by Regal Chauffeurs Ltd. and how we use it.

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website about the information that they share and/or collect in Regal Chauffeurs Ltd. This policy does not apply to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.

3. Waiting Time

All quotes for journeys from a flight to a UK airport & cruise include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time. All other journeys include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time. After the complimentary waiting time for all journeys the booking will be cancelled, T&C apply

5. No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to show up at the designated location and time for which a reservation has been made and a confirmation was sent out, all money paid will be non-refundable.

6. Fitness to Travel

Any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat to the driver, the vehicle or other passengers will be refused travel.

7. Conveyance of Animals

On a private hire, no animals (other than guide dogs and hearing dogs) may be carried on any vehicle without prior written agreement from the company. Please note that additional costs will be incurred if travelling with animals. Cost to be confirmed with the company before placing a booking.

8. Responsibilities

Regal Chauffeurs accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in or on the car unless the loss or damage is a result of negligence by Regal Chauffeurs. In the event of the property being left in a vehicle, we will gladly organize the return of such items, if the client covers the postage cost. Or – ‘subject to the client paying the reasonable costs of returning the items.

9. Missed Flights

We are not responsible for paying for any missed flights.

10. Damage to Vehicles

If the interior or exterior of the vehicle is soiled or damaged by the customer, a valeting, repair charge or any loss of earnings for that chauffeur or vehicle will be charged to the Customer. Refusing to pay for the damage caused, legal action will be taken.

11. Complaints

In the event of a complaint about the company’s services, the hirer should endeavour to seek a solution at the time by seeking assistance from the driver or the company. If this has not provided a remedy, complaints should be submitted in writing and within 3 days of the termination date of the hire. The Company will acknowledge all complaints within 3 days and will normally reply fully within 7 days.
